They have reimagined the legendary 60/40 cloth that defined Woolrich’s outerwear heritage. Traditionally, this fabric was made from 60% cotton and 40% nylon, combining the natural breathability of cotton with the strength and weather resistance of nylon. Woolrich Japan updates this classic with a modern, sustainable composition of recycled nylon and organic cotton. The cotton yarn is specially treated to create a rich texture and natural depth, while the nylon provides lightness and durability. The result is a fabric that feels soft and comfortable yet remains strong, water-resistant, and long-lasting.
