We’re proud to share something special.
On April 4th, we will open our third location; this time at Kruisstraat 16 in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
After launching Ballpark Weesp on June 1st, 2024, and Ballpark Utrecht on March 1st, 2024, Den Bosch marks our third store within two years. A milestone we don’t take lightly.
Swimming Against the Current
Retail isn’t always the easiest industry right now. Many brands are scaling down, moving online, or playing it safe.
We’ve chosen a different route.
We believe in physical stores.
In conversations instead of transactions.
In service that goes beyond “Can I help you?”
In quality over speed.
In long-term relationships over short-term wins.
Ballpark was founded by Menco Nieuwenhuis with a clear vision: build stores that feel personal, curated and alive. Spaces where sartorial meets heritage, and where fun still has a seat at the table.
Den Bosch feels like the right place for that vision to grow.
Built by Entrepreneurs, Not Managers
What makes Ballpark different is simple: our stores aren’t run by managers, they’re run by co-entrepreneurs.
Each store is led by someone who is not only responsible for the daily operations, but also co-owner of that location. That ownership creates a different kind of energy. A different level of care. A stronger connection to the city.
Ballpark Den Bosch will be led by Nick van den Brink.
Nick started within Ballpark as a weekend team member in Utrecht. On April 4th, he’ll open his own store as co-entrepreneur.
“I never imagined a few years ago that I’d be opening my own store,” Nick says. “Being given the trust to build something in Den Bosch feels incredibly special. I’m looking forward to creating a place where people genuinely enjoy coming in; where there’s time, attention and real service. That’s what makes Ballpark strong, and that’s what I want people here to experience.”
A Brabant Chapter
Den Bosch has character. Warmth. Independence. Style without shouting.
It’s a city that appreciates quality and doesn’t rush it.
We look forward to becoming part of the Kruisstraat and contributing something lasting to the local retail landscape.
